This is based off of the plane screwdriver from Lee Valley. They are also available as “coin drivers” elsewhere. They make adjusting hand planes super easy, but can also be used with any over-sized flat-head screws.
Simply print both halves standing up, install a quarter and super glue the halves together. The registration cones make assembly super easy. I printed in ABS with 40% infill no supports and have had no issues. You could probably get away with less infill and could use supports if needed, but wouldn't recommend.
I found that quarters are a bit thicker than the screws in most of my hand planes, but a quick filing can bring it to the right size.
