I just wanted a simple "bumper" for the Pi5, and although the original is very affordable, I couldn't find it anywhere near me, so the shipping costs were never justified for just ordering the bumper.
So, I slightly modified jeraff24's bottom plate to eliminate the need for support for the SD slot bridge and added a small nub for the on/off button. I also enlarged the screw holes to accommodate the screw heads when a hat is installed (in my case, the NVMe hat) for easier removal, while leaving the cutouts for the hex nut in case you want to permanently attach the Pi.
Printed in TPU (D58) without supports.
