While the astro-modified Nikon D7500 was mounted on the telescope and connected with a computer, the connection was interrupted from time to time because of wobbling connectors.
As I couldn't find any cable holder for my Nikon DSLR I had to build one on my own.

Important: no fixation on camera body due to missing threads (unlike other [bigger] Nikon DSLR/DSLM), only alignment through the ribs near the connectors and the two pins which fits inside the jacks for audio and mircrophone (so they are not usable - sorry).

Update 25.05.2025 - V1

Modified the two pins similar to Audio jacks 3.5 mm - better fixation.

Don't pull on the cables (too strong), only wobbling motion prevented.

Connectors

There are infinite shapes and dimensions of connectors, therefore it is not possible to design “one for all”. The cables should fit with little clearance (measurement vs. drawing: at least 0.2 mm, in my case it's working well with 0.3 mm) otherwise little wobbling could still be possible.
Dimension of breakthroughs can be seen in the drawing, check if your cables are fitting - of course depending on the used material and printing accuracy.

The used cables in my case you can see on the picture (2 different USB-cables, mini HDMI Type B, shutter cable).

Modification

The step-file is added for modifications. Extending the breakthroughs by a few tenths should not be a problem, have a look in the slicer if the wall thickness is still enough after modifications.

Printing

Weight about 10 grams. Printed with PETG on Bambulabs X1 Carbon with 0.4 mm nozzle and variable layer height, no support needed.
Small side on printbed (see picture for alignment).  Maybe add some mm brim for adhesion (the surface is quite small). Infill is not necessary when printing with 3 or more wall lines.
I'm sure other materials will work too, shrinkage must be taken into account.

Since modern slicers can use step-files I didn't add an stl-file (please let me know if you need one).
