These are grates to be put over any surface in order to wash vegetables more easily.
Includes clips to join as many grates as needed.
The other file is a plate to be printed as infill pattern.
Just print it without top or bottom layers and set the perimeter walls so that it adds up to at least 1 mm. This should allow you do create a top grate that's smaller - so you can wash smaller leafs and berries.
To attach the secondary grate you only need a zip tie - I recommend the reusable 3d printed ones.
