I found the over sized springs on the pump deck allow the handle to break when allowed to drop into position. If the plastic cracks or breaks this is a great replacement option.
Print settings:
- Print with high wall lines counts (5+) for strength
- Print is very strong and equal to or greater than the original part when printed with eSun PLA+ using 0.8 mm nozzle.
- Print with the side of handle facing down to bed, this allows supports to fill hole for center pin.
- Dig out the supports at the end.
- This printing orientation allows for highest strength in the required dimensions.
