I bought a second hand Hama camera tripod, but the quick release plate was missing, so I designed one. Looking at different existing ones on the internet, I figured that the sizing is mostly the same, with small differences here and there.
If your tripod is different from mine, I also included .step and Fusion360 editable files.
I designed it around a ¼'' camera screw found on Amazon. The image below contains the dimensions of the screw I have used:
I printed the adapter with PLA, 50% infill and it seems to be solid enough. For even greater durability, a material like PETG or ABS, and a greater infill is advisable, especially if the mounted camera is heavier.
