I designed this part to accompany a small drilled hole in a sheet of plexiglass.
The model is fully parametric and can be adjusted quickly and for free by using the spreadsheet within the FreeCAD model file. By default it is designed to fit the following:
- 4x 6x3mm magnets
- 1x M3x12 countersunk machine screw
- 1x M3 threaded insert
- 0.100" / 2.54mm plexiglass / acrylic
