Enjoying a nice beer, keeping track on the number and bring some color to the table, this idea came to my mind.
Material used: PLA
Printer used: Prusa i3 MK3S, i3 MK3S+ and i3 MK4S
To achieve perfectly clear numbers the two-color printings ("Top" and “Ratchet Ring”) are printed with 0.15 or 0.1mm layers.
For infills, I used 30%. To obtain a solid “spring” and “Pin” a perimeter of 4 was selected.
Assembly steps are self-explanatory. Three M2x5mm Hex screws will hold the “Beer Tally” nicely together.
With the necessary caution the “Coaster” maybe glued together on the back side of the “Top” avoiding spills on the “Spring”, “Pin” and “Ratchet Ring”.
Three scratch protectors/bumpers with a 12mm (½") diameter have been applied to the “Base”.
