I'd recommend to print it with PETG, since it needs to be a bit springy to close nicely. Also, add supports under the middle part.
Nozzle slots have m6 groove in them, with slight tolerances, depending on how precisse your printer is, you might be able to just screw them in by hand, if not, nozzles (or an m6 screw) can cut their own grooves.
Will comfortably fit volcano style nozzles.
