This case is designed to hold 60 short bits from the LTT screwdriver set in a compact form factor, prioritizing space efficiency over ease of access. While adjacent bits can’t be removed simultaneously, you can take out multiple non-adjacent bits at once (see pictures).
For better usability, I recommend organizing the bits from largest to smallest in one row and reversing the order in the next. The model was printed in Amazon Black PLA, but you can use any filament of your choice.
Print Settings
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Perimeters: 4 (optimized for 0.45mm perimeter extrusion width)
- Infill: 10%
- Supports: Not required
Customization
You can easily add text to the lid or case using PrusaSlicer:
- Click "Add Modifier" → "Text"
- Position and scale it as needed
