First of all. For this lamp to be useful you need to buy an IKEA Kapplake Art.No. 205.431.57 and then you are good to go! It is the only hardware you need, plus a USB-A power source of course.
I needed a desk lamp. I've been working on this for a while now. There are many details that need to fit together. Over time, more ideas emerged, both my own and from others, so it ended up including a screw clamp, a standard lamp base, connections to the Prusa frames for MK3/4, and IKEA's Skådis board.
Below is a mounting solution for the Hercules DJ console, but it is just one example of the variety of mounting possibilities.
With all attached parts you can build your own lamp.

Can be used with a clamp on a table, attached to IKEA Skådis, with a lamp foot or attached to Prusa Filament Guide
All .3MF files are with correct print orientation and some are with supports, mainly organic/tree supports.
STL files are attached as well but then you will have to add supports to some, 100% infill to some screws and so on…

You will need the following parts

Attach the IKEA lamp to the head |
 |
| The left part above should be on top of the other. Push down and then twist into position. |

| Press the screws into the lamphead and tighten with a screwdriver. Be careful! It's plastic! |

Now to the Arm and the fold parts |

| One nut into the left part, inner lower as in the picture. One nut into the right part, inner upper (only briefly visible in the picture) |
| Use the Nut-helper-tool. You will figure out how to use it! |

| To secure the cord you should glue the part into the bottom (don't glue the cord :-) |

And put the lid on |
