This is low friction filament spool holder/roller for the Flash Forge Adventurer 5m Pro.
I designed this to avoid supports, so the hanger is one piece printed on its side and the roller should be split into two halves (@15.5mm) in your slicer and then printed with the split faces on the bed. The flanges on the roller are 70mm apart so will fit most spools.
You can glue the two roller halves together, but I haven't needed to as they are held snugly by the two SS-608-ZZ bearings. I used stainless ones as I had some, but not necessary!
I printed the rollers with 0.12 layer height to reduce layer lines a bit, 3 walls and 4 bottom and top layers. Gyroid infill at 15%.
The hanger was printed on its side, no supports, 0.2 layer height, 15% gyroid infill.
