This is a reimagined chainguard for the gen 1 Tern HSD P9. It's a drop-in replacement for the original SKS Chainblade.
Printing tips
- PLA recommended. For PETG, scale the pins down to 98.5%/9.85mm in X and Y to ensure they can be press-fit.
- 3+ perimeters
- 15%+ infill
- No supports needed
Assembly
Slide the collar on to the rear part until it hits the stop.
Slide the front part into the collar.
Changelog
- V3 has been redesigned to print on a MK3 bed or larger (250cm x 210cm). Locking pins have been removed.
- V1 of the rear part was missing the stop. This has been added in V2.
- PLA is recommended for printing.
