3 different designs. The two models that have multiple arms have a slightly updated profile that should hold cables more securely, while also holding more cables per arm. They also have a back plate that slides on to help the clip stay in place under heavy load
**NOTE:** Some have had trouble with drooping and the pins snapping off. You might be able to negate these issues by using carbon fiber PLA. That is what I used to print mine and I haven't had any such issues in the 18+ months since I first printed them
