I modified my original Generic Streaming Microphone Shock Mount Reference to improve its printability. Try it for yourself and throw a like if you think it will work well for you.
Changes include:
- Tapered posts, holes, and elastic slots to remove the need for supports in certain areas.
- Unilateral extrusion for adapter hole section to print flat.
- Widened elastic wrap post curves for easier assembly.
Printable Parts
- Outer Ring
- Print red face downward. No supports.
- Inner Ring
- Print either direction. Supports needed.
- Stand Adapter
- Red face downward. Supports recommended.
- Modify to include hole on the bottom red face for your boom arm/stand/etc.
I printed this in Atomic Marble PLA at a 0.2mm layer height and it turned out great. You can order custom elastic on etsy or amazon to enhance your aesthetic goals.
