The enclosure is designed to avoid any screws.
A waveshare board should snap into the case. To remove the board you have to softly push RJ45 ports up.
The lid also snaps to the case. You might need nails 💅 to open it back (depends on your printer/plastic tolerance).
The enclosure has about 17~20mm space for a fan (if you need more, just ping me, I can quickly adjust the size).
The case has access to reset button (via pin or needle) and sdcard.
No access for wifi antenna (you can use a cylinder negative modifier to add it). And also no access to PWR/SYS LEDs but most plastics are thin enough to see the light thru it.
Recommended settings
- PETG/ASA/ABS but PLA also is fine (if your cooling good enough);
- the model is designed with 0.15 mm XY tolerance in mind;
- No need for supports;
- Infill doesn't matter;
- Flip the lid before printing :)
