I stacked 10 of the original honeycomb wall part on top of each other and separating them with a thin layer gap for easy separation. I also used ironing on each layer to make the separation of the pieces easier. The piece is turned upside down to negate the need for supports. It works perfectly on an FDM printer using only one material like PLA, no dual material print necessary. No problem with separation, just pull them apart with your hands.
