This is a custom keychain, this project combines leatherwork and 3d-printing.
The plastic rivet can be made from a variety of plastics such as ASA and PETG.
The leather can be cut on a lasercutter using the included DXF-file - You can add your own text, logo etc.
Depending on the flexibility you want in you keychain, I recommend using leather with a thickness between 1,0 and 2,4 mm.
I recommend that you test the rivet and possibly scale it in the z-direction, to fit your specific leather thickness.
Assembly:
1) Fold the leather so the three holes align
2) Add a keyring
3) Press the plastic rivet together (give it a light blow with a hammer)
