This a simple two-piece model that clamps around wires. It's a tight fit so you'll need pliers to squeeze them together. I made them for another project I'm working on to label several 1-Wire DS18B20 Digital temperature sensors.
They're blank so just use your slicer to emboss whatever label you want on the flat side. Print them bottom part face down and top part face up - you shouldn't need any supports.
