Qidi Plus4 Cutter Block End-Stop Replacement

An easy to print, replacement for the Qidi Plus 4 end-stop cutter activation block.

Print with a 0.2mm layer height in any material capable of withstanding at least 85C temperatures without going soft

Reduces the end-stop exclusion zone to X=300-305mm, Y=0-12mm

Note that the above values are with about 0.5mm of clearance on my printer, so it would be wise to verify your clearances carefully at your end in case there are any deviations

A new exclusion zone string which can be cut and pasted into your Slicer's Printer Excluded Bed Area deinition is:

0x305, 0x302, 35x302, 35x305, 305x305, 305x305, 305x305, 305x12, 300x12, 300x0, 305x0, 305x12, 305x305

Addendum
 

It's been reported by one user that the automated filament cutter macro did not fully cut the filament due to the cutter arm activating later.  If you find yourself in this situation, then change the highlighted Y5 values here to Y3 or perhaps Y2.  Try to play a bit to see what works for your particular printer.
