Parts are easy and fast to print
I used PLA and PLA+ for filament
Lid for the case is snap on (you can use some CA-glue to hold it firmly).
Battery has its own compartment in the bottom of the case, but I used some strips of duct tape to keep it still.
Hardware needed to assembly:
4x M3x5mm bolts
4x rubber o-rings for the bolts
u.FL to SMA 10cm pigtail (I haven't tested the original RP-SMA pigtail if it fits)
- Place the battery to its holder on bottom of the case
- Drop 4 buttons to their holes
- Place the SMA(or RP-SMA) pigtail to its mounting hole
- Screw the PCB with 4 M3x5mm bolts and rubber o-rings
- Attach battery plug to pcb
- Mount the screen to the lid (notice that it fits on one way only)
