The design is sturdy and you only need one 608zz bearing.
The covers can be printed with TPU to give extra friction if needed. A printed bearing can be used as well, but the structure will be weaker.
If a lot of weight is planned to be placed on the stand, it is recommended to print the top part as solid where the bearing is placed.
