A&K SVD SAG Rail

This model has been split into 4 pieces to print on a 220x220x250mm printer. Base on the SAG SVD chassis. It has accurate 1913 rail on top with mlok all around the handguard. I have not personally attached any mlok things onto the rail myself as I'm still printing some attachments some changes may occur even though I followed design drawings exactly. You will need some m4 Alan head screws in various lengths as well as some nuts. The top and lower sections come cut in two pieces each and require epoxy to glue them together, than the m4 screws hold the top and bottom sections together. There are 3 m4 screws and nuts needed for the section which slides over the SVD rail these screws pinch the solid part together to create the friction hold to not allow the rail to slide forward. The tolerances of this design are very tight and will require some sanding to fit perfectly, because of this the chassis is damn solid in the case of my own print. A big part of using this chassis will require you to cut your dust cover in half just like the original so bare that in mind before taking on the project. How much to cut off you will have to figure out on your own just measure and cut. 

Dont ask will this fit other svds other than bolt action ones. I'm 99% it will not fit anything else other than the A&K bolt action SVD, Kingarms and Aimtop will most likely fit.

This project is all open to anyone for personal use and modifying until your hearts content. It would be great to see some people make this for the WE and CYMA models so Ill leave the step files for download. 

Edit: 03/06/2025 Massive oversight. I did not leave enough room on the bolt handle side to cock the rifle. I'm using the mancraft hpa kit where the bolt does not cycle. I will correct this and update within the next couple days! 

Update: 03/07/2025 Fixed the rear top rail. you can now cycle the bolt properly.
