This is a recreation of the factory door bushing and should be pretty much exactly the same size. It does add stiffness and the doors are slightly harder to close. Fits my MX-5 ND RF well but should be the same for NA / NB / NC.
Printed in PETG, probably wouldn't recommend PLA.
Walls: 6
Top / Bottom Layers: 3 (I would increase if you can)
Infill: eh 15% gyroid
The walls will add the most strength.
Update: 06/03/2025
The PETG failed at where the bolts are held in. I believe that there also wasn't enough lateral movement in the design (moving the bushing door-to-door length instead of up-and-down the pillar). I've uploaded a slightly rounder on top and more play for positioning it correctly version under DoorBushingMoreWiggle.stl. The original one still works but is tight and I would recommend printing it in CF or ABS (I haven't accounted for shrinkage, however).
