This is my answer to check all the boxes:
- Sealed buffer to keep PETG more dry
- Installed inside the original Prusa enclosure
- No need to do the hinged lid modification on the enclosure, because we intend to stack the printers in our factory.
- Simple, easy loading of the buffer.
- No need to buy any new hardware and only use the parts and screws that come with the original buffer and enclosure
- keep the buffer as compact as possible
I recommend using the Transport handle for Original Prusa Enclosure -handle Cut Through
All parts are designed to be printed with PETG. If printed with PLA the parts will probably break
THe seals are printed with TPU. I used Fiberology Fiberflex 40D
