This is my answer to check all the boxes:

  1. Sealed buffer to keep PETG more dry
  2. Installed inside the original Prusa enclosure
  3. No need to do the hinged lid modification on the enclosure, because we intend to stack the printers in our factory.
  4. Simple, easy loading of the buffer.
  5. No need to buy any new hardware and only use the parts and screws that come with the original buffer and enclosure
  6. keep the buffer as compact as possible

I recommend using the Transport handle for Original Prusa Enclosure -handle Cut Through

All parts are designed to be printed with PETG. If printed with PLA the parts will probably break
THe seals are printed with TPU. I used Fiberology Fiberflex 40D
