Here's the details
- The case has a depth of 36mm to account for my rotary encoder which is on the taller side. The FreeCAD files are provided for modification of that, but I'm not particularly experienced in design.
- 6x2mm magnets
- Press-fit + super glue
- 26 magnets
- process: do one side. Then, place magnets on top of those magnets and press the second half on top of them if you are worried about orientation.
- Clamps
- They aren't great
- Not recommended / poor design
