This was a many-variant project that required a lot of tweaking, and I'm still not sure if I got it right. If you run into issues, let me know and I can try to adjust.
Print with the smallest nozzle and finest resolution you can have. I used a 0.2mm nozzle and 0.05mm layer height I believe, and slower speeds. It will take a while, but precision is required here.
