It's a replacement part for the original wall mounting plate of IKEA Bästis / Bastis. The only difference is that I made the base of the pegs on top of the plate touch more area of the plate for better layer adhesion.

Print Settings
I strongly recommend using the provided .3mf file as a starting point for print settings.
Material: Something strong. I printed this in PETG, but I guess ASA, ABS or PC would work as well.
Infill: at least 25%. I used gyroid infill and 50%. I forced 100% infill for the space above the screw hole and for the pegs on top.
Perimeters: 3 or more
Layer height: 0.15mm or finer.
Supports: You will need supports for the pegs on top but but let them generate only on buildplate.
