I saw Djkleric's make with a screen and wanted one myself.
His uses a 5" screen but i didn't like how it's slightly inset and couldn't sit flush, so i went for this smaller Waveshare 4.3" panel instead. All data and power is through the single DSI cable,
The screen fits pretty much perfectly snug. Just slot it in and use 4 M2x8 sized screws to hold the display through the rear feet that it'll sit on.
Recommend using supports because of the mounting points being overhangs. For a perfect clean print, use PETG as an interface layer with 0 gap.
