Longboard Toe Stop for additional lock on board.
You need to buy a metal steel or aluminum corner 40x40x4mm and cut it using pdf template. Print pdf file in 1 to 1 dimensions, there is such option in print settings. Check the dimensions, cut out the template, glue it to the metal corner outside, cut off with angle grinder or dremel and finish by filing. Drill holes 4 mm and countersink them to 8 mm. Round off the outer corner with a radius of 3-4mm.
Toe Stop part print in TPU 95a 100% infill, 0.1/0.1 Fuzzy Skin, tree support (check don't support bridges).
Glue the metal corner and TPU part with epoxy.
Screws are wood self-tapping 3.5/4mm x 12/14mm length or you can use M4 bolts and nylock nuts or install furniture wood insert nut in deck.
