Stanley Organizer Bins

I have so many small fastener assortments from Amazon and wanted to store and sort everything together. I use Stanley Organizers for my bigger fasteners and they work great. I designed these bins to fit inside the shorter Stanley Organizer.  These can be used with the Stanley's bins as well. A full container full of double bins will give you 96 separate bins!! Stanley Organizer Part# 014725R. Does not work with Harbor Freight organizer.

The bins come in 4 configurations. The wide style fit in the areas to the left and right of the handle. All bins have radiused corners on the sides and bottom to allow for easy part removal. They also have a recessed area for a small label. I use the Brother P-touch D410 with TZe 6mm label tape. The recess is 0.25" tall which fits the .234" tape width. I designed these without the feet on the bottom. I store these organizers flat and find that the alignment bosses on the lid keep these in position just fine.

These were printed with Inland yellow PLA. The infill was set to 15% and the layer height at .2mm. The top and bottom layers are set to 4 layers. The infill is mostly irrelevant as the walls are a solid 3 layers. No support is required. All vertical walls 45 degree max. I used most of a 1kg spool to print 48 double bins.

The finished printed dimensions are 2.170" x 1.570" x 1.610" tall. These are a little bigger than the factory ones and make a good snug fit in my organizer without a lot of slop.
