Org. handle broke after decades of usage. So I replaced with a new design.
Designed in TinkerCad.
Printed on my BambuLab A1 with AMS lite:
- Handle: Tinmorry PETG-CF in olive, Supports same, support interfaces in Bambu PLA-PETG support material. Came out nice! Shut off supports on main grip triangles. It was a pain to remove them. Not necessery, but my fault.
- My print speeds are always either moderate (100-120mm/sec) than fast and furious. I used adaptive height for smoother print.
- 0.4mm nozzle (maybe 0.6 would be stronger?).
- In the files section I added the main handle and the joints additionally separately for possible resizing purposes.
Now I expect this grip to hold for another decade(s).
