I purchased two Razer BlackShark headphone for my kids from BestBuy. They were not cheap. Sadly they both broken with in a week of each other. After looking at them, they had both broken in the same spot. Thankfully, I was able to recreate the broken piece in Tinkercad.
After removing the foam ear piece and four screws underneath, I was able to unscrew the broken piece and replace it with my newly printed replacement. I used PETG. After putting it back together it work great.
