Print face down, no supports. Should be a very snug fit on the extruder motor shaft which will allow you to manually extrude / retract filament for quick filament changes. Fits 5mm stepper motor shafts with a flat on them (Creality and the like). I even mounted one to my Microswiss all metal direct drive extruder kit and it works nicely.
