I have a display case frame that has a depth of 10 mm and an interior width of 10.5 inches (~267 mm). The curvature on the holder fits coins up to 50 mm in diameter. I used push pins in the felt backing to hold the printed piece in place in the frame. The groove is 5 mm by 5 mm and runs the length of the print.
I printed the piece in PLA at 2mm layer height, 15% infill and a brim. Printed with the groove side on the print bed, with bridging enabled, no supports.
