A model of a sharpening grid for sharpening chainsaw chains. Designed according to Stihl's specifications with a 30° sharpening angle. Not suitable for Stihl's new Hexa chains, which are sharpened at a 25° angle according to the manufacturer.

You will also need three neodymium magnets (6mm x 10mm diameter). Simply apply a dot of superglue to the holes and press the magnets into the holes, and they will sit firmly in the sharpening grid.

I printed the part on an MK4S made of PETG with a 0.2mm structural profile without support material.

The program includes three color changes, starting with orange, then white, black, and back to orange. Of course, it also works in one color or with fewer color changes.

Below you will also find the Prusa Slicer project, which already includes the color changes.

Have fun printing! If you like the model, I would be happy if you leave me a like
