This model is a simple card holder that can be resized using the included FreeCad file. I've added a couple of presets for testing the tolerances as well. I tried to get them just right, but you might have to fiddle with them depending on your printer/filament.
Configuration
I've used the new configuration tool added in FreeCad 1.0 to allow you to add easily add presets. Simply set the body as active in part design mode and select the configuration you want to use from the body parameters.

Printing
I've included some of the presets as 3mf files. Add them to your slicer and print the body and the cap with the closed side down. No supports should be required.
