An EU power socket cover together with a fitting lid to close it off (e.g. for protection from pets ;)). The lid should snap fit in closed position.
Both parts printed for me in roughly 50 minutes with 90 mm/s speed. Lid with 0.2mm layer height, cover with 0.3 mm.
The lid is mounted to the cover with a countersunk M3 bolt, measuring ideally 4 mm in length. The thread shall be cut manually into the lid. The support of the “wing" of the lid holds the turnable hinge part in place while printing. Everything else is print in place. A custom seam was placed to be on the inside of the lid.
The cover needs a custom support.
Needless to say, electrical work should only be done by trained professionals.
