It's designed to be fitted to the stem cap, distance between holes is 28mm.
It needs 2 spacers between the cap and support and 2 10mm long spacers for fitting it, outer diameter of the 2 spacers is 8mm.
When fitting it please make sure that you don't fit it straight to the stem, it could brake and lose the handlebar :)
