Reconfigured my server with some extra fans so I ordered a 10-fan hub. After an accidental short, I was uncomfortable having the exposed pins in a metal case. Make this case to better avoid that happening in the future.
Print both parts flat. No supports needed. My first prototype worked with a 0.8mm nozzle but recommend 0.4mm for a more satisfying snap fit.
The manufacturer for my model of fan hub was listed as LRONG. You can find similar ones at your favorite online marketplace. Just make sure it has a hole in the center of the board for the alignment peg and a capacitor near the SATA power. If it comes with one, peel off the foam pad before inserting.
