Filament Rack fully 3D-printable

This fully 3D-printable wall-mounted filament holder is designed for easy installation and customization. It consists of:

• Mounting Bar(40g): Screws into the wall and comes in three variations (left end, right end, and middle section)(two lengths: depending on the printer volume)
• Support Arms(20g): Six versions available:
  • Each version (3 types): Vary in strength and material usage. The mid-tier type holds 1kg of filament with ease.
  • Slide-On Arms: Must be slid onto the bar from the end, offering extra stability. (Do not use left AND right end Mounting Bars. Use either or.)
  • Drop-On Arms: Can be placed directly onto the bar for easy installation but are slightly less stable.
• Filament Rod(10-20g): Sits between the arms to hold the filament spool securely.
  • Short Rod (for 1 spool)
  • Medium Rod (for 2 spools)
  • Long Rod (for 3 spools)

You can choose the best combination for your setup by testing the different arm versions. No additional hardware is required apart from wall screws.

I originally designed the rods to go through the filamentspool but it was quite finicky to get them on the arms. Putting the spools on top of the rods works just as well. If you print the larger rod you can put two spools on it. (I would suggest at least the mid tier arm)

My print settings:
* 0.4 mm nozzle
* 0.2 mm layer height
* 4 walls
* 20% infill
* supports: just on the arms for the slots for the rods: (automatic tree, just on the build plate)
