An oral irrigator is a cheap and effective aid to mouth hygiene, as long as it works! Our Nevadent one died mysteriously one day and I suspected the charging base was what actually failed, but I needed to test it by trying to charge it on a different one.
Our electric toothbrush base has a pin that was too large to let the irrigator charge, so I just removed the bottom cover and placed it to charge directly through the induction coil and indeed, the device was fine and only needed to be able to charge.
Since spare charging bases weren't available to purchase separately, I just modeled a spare bottom plug for the device itself to be able to charge it on our Oral-B charger.
Print it solid for maximum water ingress resistance, preferably in ABS/ASA to be able to easily vapor smooth it. PLA/PETG is also fine but I recommend to coat it to fill print lines in that case since it's gonna sit in a humid and non sterile environment.
Just use the original silicone o-ring and simply swap it with the original one and you'll be able to use it straight away.
3D modeling isn't my job and it's time consuming, but I'm happy to share my work if it can be useful for someone! If you enjoyed my designs and would like to support my work, you can peek at our Ko-Fi page!
