As I found most of the existing mounting options a bit overkill and could get away with rather small screws for mounting the multiboard under a desk, I came up with this little grommet that screws into the thread of the multiboard and provides a guide for a 3.5 mm screw as well as a chamfer. The collar should be small enough to allow the adjacent grid holes to be fully usable.
I recommend printing with three perimeters. No support needed.
