this is my version of a replacement for those traditional steel grommets. This 2-piece snap-fit design fits curtain rods up to 40mm in diameter. I successfully printed and used this part with PLA, using 3 perimeters and 20% grid infill. A 0.125mm tolerance worked well for the snap-fit between part a and b for me but This design is scalable, so you can easily adjust the size to fit your specific curtain rod diameter. Feel free to adjust settings and materials to suit your needs."
