The outer hoop broke on the SINGER XL-100 Embroidery Machine. I modelled and 3D printed the replacement. PN: 386008
Just take the original hardware off the broken piece and install it on the new one.
I used an M3 threaded insert for the top screw.
I used a 0.6 mm nozzle with PLA on my Sovol SV06 Plus.
Layer Height: 0.15 mm
Walls: 3
Infill: Gyroid 20%
Supports: Bed Only, Snug
I used concentric for top and bottom layers with a modifier on the part that the metal trigger attaches to for aligned rectilinear.
