Hello, this is a model of a violent fan that I created from scratch. It was inspired by the DarwinFPV X5 50mm Turbo JET Powerful Violent Fan.
(This has not been tested yet, so print at your own risk)
Version V3 is for 2830 motors (Or any motors) that have a 16*19 mounting pattern, the handle of V1 is longer than the handle of V2, V2 fits on most printers. Furthermore, V3 is made for propellers like these, which are EDF propellers with more blades, which mean quieter performance. THIS IS IN ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT, SO UPDATES COMING SOON!
Update 4/27/25: Versions V1 and V2 DO NOT WORK!
Electronics List:
- Motor
- V3: 2830 (Or any size motor that has 16*19 mounting pattern), and a high kv (as its a fan) motor.
- ESC
- V3: 30 amp esc, as the larger motor will draw much more current.
- Battery
- V3: 4s Lipo
- Propeller
- V3: 50mm EDF 2 blade fan (3mm mounting hole).
- Screws
- M2 x 5 self drilling screws (For the lid).
- Pwm Controller
- It’s a one with a knob on it, so you can control the fan without a radio.
