The adapter fits Tarlido cordless rotary tool from Amazon and is designed to sharpen electrodes @ 15°. I also purchased (from Amazon) Jingling diamond cutting wheels size 20mm. The rotary tool costs $13 and the 10-pack of diamond discs is $10 (2025 prices). There are lots of similar electrode sharpeners in the $50-$100 range, but you can build this one for around $25.
File for hanger bracket is included.
The small hole for the electrode is 1mm, so I used a .2mm nozzle to print. I haven't printed one with a .4mm nozzle but it might work just fine.
