CZ457 Single Shot Sled

I do a lot of rimfire Benchrest. I have tried several single shot sleds yet none have really produced a positive result. I came across Steve's sled and printed it out. I like how the bullet sits within the sled as well as the angle in this design which helps direct the round into the chamber without hitting any other surfaces. The only downside I discovered was the bolt was very snug to close and eject. I in turn edited the file from Steve to remove this situation. After a few attempts I am uploading this since at this stage it needs no filing or sanding to better the fitment in the CZ457.

The pictures of the sled are fresh off the printer and tested it immediately without further alterations. The bolt closes great and the bullet of choice (Eley Team) chambered without issue.

Note: no two printers are the same, your experience may differ slightly due to your printer and settings.

I printed this at a 0.2 layer height, 2 perimeters, 15% infill. I also added a 3mm brim to ensure the part have ample hold to the bed on my Prusa printer.

I want to add, this was tested in a KRG Bravo Chassis, I am confident that it will work fine in most all CZ factory stocks. I cannot speak to any other chassis or custom stocks.
