This is a CPAP hose attachment. This prevents the hose from moving everywhere while sleeping. You plug it inside a shoe mount of a super clamp (clamps for digital cameras).
Careful one side is slightly rounded (was necessary for a nice fit in my shoe mount), print on the flat side.

The shoe mount is kind of cool because it can turn too. Which makes it handy so the hose has still a bit of freedom to change angle.
There are 2 versions. One for 22m tubes, and one for 15mm tubes (e.g slimline). For each one, there is a tighter and looser version. The tight version really makes it so the tube doesn't move, the looser one let you grab on it a bit more..
